PRE-ORDERS
Because FACTO SIGNATURE FRAMES is handmade in a small batch process, you may find that certain frames are in high demand and are available for purchase on a pre-order basis only. We request payment in advance to secure your place in line for these frames, guaranteeing shipment upon the release of product. Wait times are dependent on frame style and order date.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless you were shipped faulty items. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
