Taking care of your skin can help you reduce the visible signs of aging, and keep you looking young for much longer. Develop a skincare routine that works for you to keep your skin looking and feeling its best.

Using a moisturizer after exfoliating can help repair and rejuvenate your skin. Other essential steps in a skincare routine include finding a good cleanser and frequently applying sunscreen to keep your skin safe from harmful UV rays.


Stay Active

The last piece of the puzzle in stopping signs of aging is to stay active. Many of the physical limitations that accompany growing older can be stopped with consistent exercise. With regular exercise, your body can remain strong and agile as you age. This doesn’t mean that you need to be in the gym seven days a week, however. Even simple, everyday movement can help your body remain strong. Things, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking farther away and walking, and interacting with your children, can get your heart rate up and help you stay strong and active.
