Facto services is a two-sided marketplace app, a platform business model that connects customers to drivers, and service providers, with an interface that makes it easy for two sides to connect and transact.

HOW FACTO SERVICES WORKS

Step 1

Open the Facto app and turn on driver mode.

Step 2

Accept a driver or service request.

Step 3

Pick up or provide service call. Once the service ends, the app processes pay from passenger's CC.

HOW LONG DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS TAKE?

1. Typically, filling out basic information (like your mobile phone number, driver’s license, and other documents) takes less than 30 minutes. Then a few more things need to happen:

 

2. Vehicle Inspection: If you’re a driver or providing delivery using your own car, it will need to pass a Facto inspection to make sure it’s road-ready.

3. Background check: Safety is our top priority, so we’ll need to run a background check to review your driving history. This can take a few days to be completed.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Service providers and drivers set their own price, this way you have full control of your income. Your service requests has a base pay and then time and distance can be adjusted "you keep 100% of tips". All payments are made through the Facto app directly in cash payment or by customer CC, so you’ll need to add your banking info to get paid 1099.
